Once we sign a listing agreement, we’ll schedule professional pictures and measurements. Typically, it takes about a week from our first meeting to when we can have the home listed on the local MLS. Keep in mind, we also work with clients who tell us their selling timeline a year in advance. It's never too early (or too late) to give us a call to start the process.
